# 【E21现场】业主希望能提供内容更丰富的维护文档

||
目前E21项目TSG系统已经运行并维保了一年多，业主（Mohammed ）认为这一年多以来程序或者系统也出现过或多或少的各类告警，我们都能够进行有效的处理，截止到目前在我们的维护下系统运行稳定且功能使用正常。
|
||
|
||
未来，业主希望他们的团队人员也能更多参与到系统维护中来，基于此业主希望我们能更新提供维护文档手册（相较于项目竣工文档里提供的相关系统troubleshooting和maintenance内容），以便于业主人员在我们的团队人员的指导下，能够参考维护手册逐步实现对一般告警信息的处理以及协助研发人员进行问题排查能力。

||
维护文档应该包含：程序功能、进程查询、服务启停步骤等。
|
||
|
||

根据E现场实际环境对家里提供的《TSG System Metric Instruction-TSG22.11》文档进行核对，从初步核对结果来看部分文档内容存在与现场环境有出入情况，附件中列举出其中一部分。[^附件.docx]
