调整TSG-X设备接线

192.168.41.23的 ens18f2 和 ens18f3 是自环

将192.168.41.23的 ens18f2 与 192.168.41.60 的 ens14f2 相连
将192.168.41.23的 ens18f3 与 192.168.41.60 的 ens14f3 相连

经验证，设备接线已调整完毕，满足调试工作的需求。
