【M22项目-Dashboards-DoS Threat Map】Download Report时文件名与当前时区不符

描述：当前时区为UTC+6：30，下载文件名称的时间对应的时区为UTC+8：00
复现步骤：
调整测试机时间为UTC+6：30
调整账户使用时区与测试机相同
依次点击Dashboards-DoS Threat Map-Download Report按钮
查看下载到的xlsx文件名称
当前问题：
- 当前时间为当地时间11：26 ，下载到的文件名称为：

预期结果：文件名应为：2024-04-181126xx
