修改研发环境ADC设备（192.168.40.21）文件系统ftype 的值为1

结论：需要将192.168.40.21 文件系统的ftype 选项的值设置为1，以保证在docker 容器对文件夹的操作rm,mv 操作正常
异常现象：在 ADC 设备192.168.40.21 上，运行 docker 容器时，发现docker 容器中，删除文件夹发生异常如下图：

在机器上查询docker info 结果如下，发现support d_type 为false

经过查询文档，文件系统docker d_type 支持关联 文件系统的ftype，ftype = 0 导致 dtype 为false，ftype 查询结果如下：
