重启时间13:55，重启之前报HASP Key not found，可能导致firewall获取授权失败触发重启

10月2日13：41设备重启，重启前设备已经登录ACC并获取了授权。重启后，旧的授权没有到达超时时间（10分钟），ACC中无可用授权，故无法获取。旧授权超时后，设备成功获取了新的授权。
