支持Data Center 查询：需要在Nacos device_tag.json 增加 Data Center 标签，相关值同device_group. [~leijun]
Device Group值与如上定义值不相符：日志中发现Device Group字段的值填充为功能端的Hostname，需要排查修正下。[~luqiuwen]

OS侧配置有误，需要调整device_group的设置。 !image-2024-10-09-11-29-21-451.png! 根据UTR项目的规范，device_group应该TWA，PCAP，MSH之一。 [~liuhongyu]

[~leijun] device_tag配置在device_group基础上，添加data_center设备标签，tagKey与tagValue与device_group中内容相同。
