测试发现TLCP协议中的SNI无法被TSG识别

工程部同事在测试 中信银行 APP的时候发现，打开软件进入主界面的过程中会产生TLCP协议的数据流，其中包含SNI，尝试用server name进行阻断发现无效果。复测后查看session record发现该数据流被判定为BASE。
测试环境TSG：192.168.44.228 版本：TSG v24.02 Session Record Log ID：481574302794645504 Start Time：2024-07-26 15:21:23.380

- SSL Decoder不支持解析TLCP，预计v24.08版本支持。
