M-POC中6Gbps左右流量sapp丢包

登录系统检查状态，发现部分cpu的sys较高，约60%左右。

发现大部分cpu在memmove时触发缺页中断，造成sys较高。memmove是由BGP解析层插件调用的。
经了解，此时现场正在进行Psiphon阻断测试，猜测由于其他端口（或IP地址）已被阻断，Psiphon正在利用BGP协议的端口逃逸检测，进入BGP解析层的流量较多，进而触发了该问题。

P19现场多台设备一直存在单个核cpu占用过高导致抖动丢包的情况，流量很少时也存在该问题。 以TWA站点10.10.30.164为例，丢包时 43，95号核cpu占用较高，火焰图如下： 43号核 !screenshot-1.png|thumbnail! 95号核 !screenshot-2.png|thumbnail! 当前全平台关闭BGP插件，持续观察丢包情况。
