基于自定义Attributes创建的APP识别失败

现象：
- 上传lua脚本[^cdn_tunnel_finder.lua]创建自定义Attribute heartbeat，该脚本定义bool类型attribute

创建自定义应用test_heartbeat，特征条件如图 !image-2024-05-14-16-28-05-667.png|width=732,height=464!

出现命中流量，命中日志中app_extra_info字段成功写入返回值heartbeat:1，但app_transition未识别test_heartbeat。
命中会话pcap文件：[^heartbeat.pcap]

- TSG-21246 Bijing网关环境更新后，已验证功能正常。
