根据现场提供的信息，检查系统日志messages、NZ监控资源使用情况

分析结果：

1、 message系统日志中无发现相关异常检测信息

2、查看最近3天10.224.11.2服务器 CPU、内存等资源使用率均为正常，无过高占用状态

结论：初步推测是由于10.224.11.2服务器断电导致重启

服务器重启后，对CM数据库进行操作，告警消除。
