NZ当前 alert message 时间范围检索逻辑为：{color:#4c9aff}[查询开始时间] {color}~{color:#de350b} [告警开始时间~告警结束时间] {color}~{color:#4c9aff} [查询结束时间]{color}

||
1、需要查看所有 active 告警时，时间范围可以选择：All time。
|
||
|
||
2、当产生告警风暴时（短时间产生特别多的告警消息）或 其他情况，时间范围过滤就是必要的过滤条件，所以暂不考虑取消。
