# 【M22】YGN-MBT-KVM-PB001出现CM server redis-exporter running error告警

YGN-MBT-KVM-PB001虚拟机于2024-05-11 13:00:00断电重启后出现CM server redis-exporter running error告警，附件为告警信息**leijun** commented on *2024-05-13T17:45:51.681+0800*:

|
||
由于断电服务器重启后，redis-exporter服务无法正常采集到redis信息导致持续告警
|
||
|
||
解决步骤：
|
||
|
||
1、重启redis-exporter服务
|
||
|
||
cd /opt/tsg/monitor/redis/sync
|
||
|
||
docker-compose down
|
||
|
||
docker-compose up -d
|
||
|
||
2、访问 [http://IP:9121/metrics|http://ip:9121/] redis-exporter监控地址，搜索 redis_up 指标为1即恢复正常
|
||
|
||
|
||
|
||
