1、Wifi认证的时间随着掉线或者一段时间不使用就需要重新登录，延长再次认证的时间，避免没有数据就强制下线 2、处理5层办公区同事电脑不弹认证窗口故障，并统计汇总，在整理到confluencepengcheng commented on 2021-02-22T16:02:38.316+0800:

2.焦健致苹果手机ios系统谷歌浏览器无法弹出认证界面，更换本地safari浏览器后，弹窗正常。 3.王宇台式机弹窗正常，已从认证白名单中移除

4.马静雪台式机无法认证已处理，原因为dns配置错误

6.已处理刘菊笔记本无法认证问题，设置谷歌浏览器默认允许弹窗，重启电脑后解决问题
