【XJ】TSG 22.07时间显示相关问题

一、问题描述：
问题1.tsg更新2207后，报告结果中数据采集时间与创建报告时选定的时间不符。 例：tsg系统中report报告在周一0点的定时任务中选定时间范围last 1 week（2月6号00：00-{-}2月13号00：00），最后生成的报告中时间范围为上上周周天至上周周天（2月5号08：00{-}-2月12号08：00）
报告选定时间范围：

问题2：tsg的仪表盘-主面板-流量面板图表的时间与nezha-dashboards-dpi status - throughtput图表的时间差8个小时，以2月16日当天峰值时间点为例：
tsg流量面板图表最后一个峰值时间为7：05

问题1：
tsg系统，1.点击报告，2.报告结果，3.选择report报告 ，4.第二份2023-02-13 00：00生成的报告

排查下OLAP Druid /Clickhouse 升级TSG 22.07后的时区设置是否存在问题。

问题2：TSG-throughtput与NZ-dpi status峰值时间差8小时的问题，为升级22.07版本时Druid组件未更新UTC时区导致，目前已恢复。
