CM升级24.02版本license重新授权后，页面展示时间与实际授权时间不一致

经排查，实际授权文件的时间是到2092年，由于api bug导致时间没有更新过来，临时解决方案，手动调整数据库expires_date后，页面展示正确。 !image-2024-07-04-15-53-46-917.png|width=533,height=217!
