sapp版本：sapp-pr-4.2.90.8c77537-1.el8.x86_64
可复现服务器：192.168.40.74

问题描述：移除物理硬件锁后，sapp仍能重启成功**liuxueli** commented on *2023-02-21T11:37:20.436+0800*:

* jemalloc改成动态链接硬锁可以生效，未插入锁模式下sapp无法运行，插入锁模式暂无法测试，等[~zhangzhihan] 回来测试一下。
