sapp版本：sapp-pr-4.2.90.8c77537-1.el8.x86_64
可复现服务器：192.168.40.74

* jemalloc改成动态链接硬锁可以生效，未插入锁模式下sapp无法运行，插入锁模式暂无法测试，等[~zhangzhihan] 回来测试一下。
