TSG-6790 适配MRZCPD到7400设备环境
* 升级mrzcpd到4.4.6.cea4bb9版本；
* 移除mrglobal.conf中不再使用的配置项；
* 移除vxlan_user,
vxlan_fwd设备，调整sapp的配置项使其不再打开这两个设备。
