在信息港测试app效果时，发现有app阻断不生效的情况:

用户名：admin
密码：admin

策略：安全策略 ID 660
应用ID： 15650

生效域名：

gm.mmstat.com

添加了域名并且配置了payload,但是不生效

按照研发建议,将下发策略修改成alipay_udf,然后用手机打开应用alibaba进行抓包复测,发现此问题依然存在

* 已定位：测试环境调整网络，测试流量未过系统，已修复。
 * 另外一个特征不能同时出现超8个APP的特征中。
