device group的信息不是最新的，与NZ的信息不一致。

根据https://docs.geedge.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=120327851修改如下：
* 删除YGN-CPN-IDC
* 删除YGN-GTMH-02，将YGN-GTMH-01命名更改为YGN-GTMH
* 删除NPT-NCC
