所有应用实例显示ping不通，prometheus可以查询**shizhendong** commented on *2023-03-19T17:30:26.570+0800*:

问题原因：nz-agent 状态异常，cortex & loki 组件因 interface_name 配置导致启动失败

如何定位：
 * 查看 nz-agent 状态
 * 插件 cortex 日志

解决方式：
 * 修改 sys_config key=interface_name 配置   （{*}eno1{*} 为服务器网卡名称）

 # mysql -uroot -p****** -D nezha -e "update sys_config set param_value = 'eth0,en0,bond0,ens2f0,enp0s31f6,{*}eno1{*}' where param_key = 'interface_name'"

 * 替换 cortex & loki 初始配置文件，interface_name 配置增加 {*}eno1{*}{*}{*}

内置 interface_name 中未含有该服务器存在的网卡名称导致该问题
