# TSG-22.08 日志中pcap下载失败

现象：点击下载按钮没有反应，过了大概30s之后出现下载弹窗，但是无法完成下载
CM IP：192.168.44.29
OLAP IP：192.168.44.30
功能端IP：192.168.40.62

通过日志查看：
* packet_dump程序在连接Kafka失败一次后，未尝试重新连接Kafka，后续持续保持该状态。
* 容器均无重启记录。

无其他操作，仅重启packet_dump程序后功能恢复正常。

packet_dump 在连接kafka失败后，需要增加重连kafka操作[~liuxueli]
