# 【E21现场】NZ升级到v22.11后，目前快照导出的监控数据有异常

NZ升级到v22.11后，目前快照导出的监控数据有异常，快照导出未报任何错误，本地导出的快照文件文件大小也不为0，但是打开该快照，展示为空白**shizhendong** commented on *2023-04-07T10:57:25.299+0800*:

问题原因：快照模板版本不匹配 导致 快照文件显示空白

解决方式：
 * 修改服务器：11.3，11.4
 * 替换路径：/opt/nezha/nz-web/public/snapshot_template.html
 * 新文件： [^snapshot_template.html]
