故障现象：

100G CX6 DX网卡安装在Resir卡A  与 Resier卡 B中间槽位，服务器进入bios选择安装U盘启动或光驱启动后，显示器黑屏，键盘操作与指示灯无反应。

经服务器厂商现场排查发现是Resir卡A中间槽位故障，需要更换Resir卡A进行修复。
