2020-04-26 8:00~10:00，连接研发JIRA/CONF环境延迟大，等待时间长。

上周后半周就有类似发现，请排除信息港网络原因。

如能确认是服务器问题，请联系JIRA/CONF负责人提醒。

查看飞塔各项日志4.25-4.26 12:00时间段内，网络带宽没有跑满，可排除带宽被占满原因。飞塔没有异常告警日志，具体原因现在不好定位，需要继续观察。
