处理信息港到Git、阿里云下载资源速度慢问题
1、节前下载速度正常
2、今天发现下载速度比较慢**liwen** commented on *2021-02-19T15:29:34.106+0800*:

处理过程：

1、联系杨威得知原状态为dns手动配置如图 !image-2021-02-19-14-37-44-670.png|width=310,height=209!

下载情况为 !image-2021-02-19-14-51-08-160.png|width=780,height=98!

尝试更改dns为 !image-2021-02-19-14-52-08-967.png|width=311,height=222! 后尝试

下载速度为 !image-2021-02-19-15-12-23-418.png|width=881,height=113!

连接至阿里服务器下载速度为 !image-2021-02-19-15-10-42-499.png|width=1340,height=90!

故排除设置dns问题和对端服务器限速问题

2、联系运营商相关负责人梁工，，运营商端调整限速策略后测试下载速度为 !image-2021-02-19-15-20-07-487.png|width=1315,height=214!

如之后发现类似问题联系 !image-2021-02-19-15-29-02-343.png|width=214,height=208! 调整策略即可
