已和UI沟通TSG-13077 更新到e21环境；

[~liuju]请参照升级文档（https://docs.geedge.net/display/TSGEN/TSG22.11+Upgrade+Notes）在信息港升级环境（https://docs.geedge.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=58309470）进行部署验证，该环境已经恢复到TSG22.07版本，并做好虚拟机快照，验证过程中如需回滚到TSG22.07请联系[~zhangzhihan]
