# 【WMS-UTR项目】twa-tsgx04(30.5)处理机处理的会话日志没有填充Subscriber ID

同一时间段内，相同客户端IP和端口产生的流量，twa-tsgx04(30.5)这台处理机处理的会话日志没填充Subscriber信息，其他tsgx设备正确填充Subscriber信息。
|
|||

当前TSG检索条件对应SD中的Subscriber ID-IP 映射关系截至当前还是生效状态，具体映射关系如下：

检查twa04的cli配置，发现sd本地redis缓存的状态为disable。

检查相邻的设备，sd本地redis缓存功能正常开启。
|
|||
|

已于2024-05-13通过cli在twa04设备上开启sd本地redis缓存（会触发一次pod重启），请[~duandongmei] 帮忙检查开启后，该台设备输出的日志中，与SD相关信息是否正确填充。
|

|
|
请[~caoshanfeng] 帮忙确认WMS现场所有设备的SD是否开启，检查方法如下：
