任务未进行讲解原因说明：

1. 准备完讲解资料与ADC硬件设备，由于领导出差，没有讲解成功。

2. 由于后来开发一直在使用ADC硬件，没有硬件导致设备管理讲解无法进行实际操作，最后没有讲解成功。
